About Michael Young
Michael Young founded Technology Consulting Solutions in 2017. With over 22 years in the technology and management consulting industry, Michael continues to grow as a highly motivated, entrepreneurial technology professional with extensive experience as a customer-focused leader. With a focus of business analytics and process improvement, he has developed an outstanding ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that dramatically improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Delivering a variety of technology solutions over his career has afforded Michael to focus on 3 things: Being a father, being a leader in the technology services industry in Omaha, NE and community advocacy.
As an effective leader for the company and the Omaha community, Michael can work well in a fast-paced environment managing development, project and technical teams to complete client projects on time and budget.
As an elected and appointed official, board member on non-profits in the community, advocate for policy that is equitable for diversity and inclusion, Michael truly enjoys leaving all projects and clients better than he found them.
